Tina Ferguson, Registered Dental Hygienist

Tina graduated from Dental Hygiene from Fanshawe college in 1987 and has been part of our hygiene team since 1988. She helps to maintain your periodontal health while informing and educating the patients about their condition. Tina helps with your oral hygiene needs; with demonstrating proper brushing and flossing or recommending an electric toothbrush or suggesting a specific toothpaste or mouth rinse.

Tina is part of our Invisalign team! She assesses  your malocclusion, then will explain how that can affect your teeth and gums, and how it’s related to your overall health. Then she can explain the process to correct and improve your smile with the use of Exceladent and Invisalign and even bleach your teeth during this process!

She  treats a lot of our more mature patients and even those with special needs because of her patience and empathic manner.

Whether it be a discussion regarding implants or crowns, bleaching or night guards, Tina will be able to take intraoral photos and digital X-rays to show you and explain these procedures that we offer in our office.

Tina is a proud mother to Jessica and Sarah. She enjoys playing golf in the summer and Ladies Oldtimers hockey thru the winter. She is also active with a power walking group and does Pilates. Travelling and spending time with her family and friends are a big part of Tina’s life outside the office.
