Your mouth is linked to the rest of your body. A very easy and simple technique to help your overall health is to try your best to remove plaque from the teeth. Brushing, flossing, soft picks, water picks can all be tools to help with this. Why not add it as a new year goal to work hard at removing plaque? It’s that easy. All you need is less than 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening. Once you start a good oral hygiene habit it will be hard to quit. Add this into your overall health plan and you will notice a difference.
